Anyone can be an Xtra user - it can the gift provider or gift recipient.

As an employee, you must give gifts or rewards to your employees, clients, distributors, suppliers or family members, friends. In that case, your company will be considered as a gift provider of Xtra. And whom you send the gift is the gift receiver.

After entering the phone number and gift amount in the Xtra App, select the merchant option and send the gift. You can make payment through Bkash or a debit/credit card. If the gift provider does not select the merchant (eg: the name of a fashion house), the gift recipient can select the merchant of their own choice.

You can easily provide a digital gift card using the Xtra App. After entering the number of the person to whom you will give the gift, you need to specify the Gift Amount (for example, BDT 1000). You will get payment methods as soon as you specify a price. You can make the payment by using bkash, debit or credit card.

Xtra is a platform where Gift Receiver will choose/select their own gift by the digital gift card sent by the Gift Sender. They will go to a shop or online site, use the Xtra digital gift card for this. So there is no question of delivery by Xtra. For example, if you get 2000-taka gift card from your friend in a fashion outlet. You can go to that fashion outlet at your convenient time, may purchase a dress for you with BDT 2500 taka. In that case, you will give an additional 500 taka from your pocket, rest 2000 taka will come from your digital gift card. If you buy anything with 2000 taka, then you do not need to pay any additional money.

Yes, the validity is usually six months. But in certain cases (eg, premium corporate users) you can schedule this time yourself. Gift recipients can view the expiry date in the Xtra app. If the gift is not taken within the due date (i.e. six months), the gift provider will be notified and then the gift provider can resubmit the gift to someone else.

If the Gift is not availed by the due date by the Gift Receiver, then the Gift Sender will be notified on that and then Gift Sender will be able to reuse that money to resend digital gift to anyone else. In such cases, there will be a small charge of BDT 20 from the Gift Sender.

If you are the owner or a manager of a well branded service company (e.g. restaurant, fashion outlet, hotel, e-Commerce etc.), then you can become a Merchant in Xtra. Any individual or a company can send gifts or rewards from any Xtra Merchants.

Sorry, Mobile Recharge is not eligible for any offer/campaign. You will get offers/campaign facilities if you send gifts from any merchant/shop except the Mobile Recharge. For Mobile Recharge, the receiver will get the same amount sent by the Gift Sender.

In this case, gift receiver can avail the gift from any merchant except the Mobile Recharge.

The gift receiver will be able to receive/avail mobile recharge by using Xtra app. But for other merchants gift receiver need to go to the merchant's shop/outlet or visit online shop to avail the gift.
