Usage of Merchant App

This is how the Xtra users can process the request by using the Merchant App

First, you need to download the "Merchant App for Xtra" app (from Play Store or App Store). You will then need to log in with your ID and password.

To confirm the gift receiver request, you need to select the requestor's phone number from within the app.

Enter the amount of money in the "Sales Amount" section (which is equal to or greater than the amount of the gift in your request) and press the Confirm button.

Transaction options allow you to find the exact date or any sales validity or the details of any gift.
